Exercise in Faith is a platform to showcase how a combination of exercise and spending time with God can change lives and improve your physical and mental health. When you pair physical activity with prayer, scripture and praise to God, something incredible happens. Your spirit is lifted, your heart is strengthened, and your mind is filled with joy!

The mission of Exercise In Faith is to inspire people to spend more time giving their body, soul, and spirit what they need to live a happier & healthier life.

Schedule an onsite Exercise In Faith group fitness class for your organization to help others build relationships, improve their health, and promote a faith-filled positive activity for all ages.

Classes can be held in a variety of settings, with or without exercise equipment. Churches, Christian schools, community recreation centers, and colleges are great locations* to offer Exercise In Faith classes to your communities.

Our 4-6-week courses bridge scripture with practical, evidence-based nutrition and movement guidance to encourage healthy lifestyle change. Perfect for church groups, nonprofits, or virtual gatherings.
